Q: I have a copy of the 2007 catalogue, and I noticed that some of the prices in the online catalogue are a bit higher than the hard copy I received in the mail. Which price list is the correct one?
A: We have tried to maintain the same pricing, but due to ongoing steel price increases, some prices in the online catalogue may be a bit higher. We advise that you call for pricing.
Q: Do you carry used as well as new?
A: We carry a variety of used racking and shelving when available. Please call ahead to see what sizes we have in stock.
Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We would first have to know if you are looking for shelving or racking.The shelving would be more to store the lighter duty hand loaded items, and the racking would be more for forklift loading of pallets or skids.
Q: I need to order similar racking to what I currently have. Can you help me match the racking that I own?

Q: What colour racking do you carry?
A: We generally stock orange frames and beams, but other colours can be obtained by special request.
Q: Do you install what you sell?
A: We can arrange to have qualified installers come to your workplace and install any purchases made with us.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We can arrange to have your purchases delivered. Please advise us if there is a loading dock, whether we need to send a truck with a hydraulic tailgate, and if there is someone there who can unload the delivery truck.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We can deliver to any location both within the GTA and beyond.
Q: If I place an order with you, when will it be ready?
A: For new material it would be 2 to 3 business days. Used material is typically 3 to 5 business days. If there is any reworking to be done to the material, lead times will extend to 10 business days.
Q: I have just had an inspector from the ministry visit me, and he said that I need paperwork certifying the safety of my racking. Can you help me?
A: It sounds like the inspector is requesting a PSR. This has to be done by an independent engineer as we do not provide this service. We can however provide you with names of firms that do provide this. If the inspector is not asking for a PSR, then you may find the answers you need at saferack.net or we can send someone over to your warehouse and assess your situation and advise you. If you require the latter, please call us to set up a date which would be suitable for us to come over.
Q: Does your company supply stamped drawings?
A: Yes we can supply a stamped drawing provided that we do the design and engineering on your project. There will also be a fee for this service. If you would like more information regarding stamped drawings, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express cards. We are also set up to process debit payments.
