Sentry Special Applications

This photo was taken of a Hydro pole with a Column Sentry protecting the base. A truck carelessly struck the pole, causing significant damage. The damage was restricted to an area above the protection of the Column Sentry, and it is possible that if there were no protection used at all, the damage caused could have possibly brought down the pole.
Had a second protector been utilized, the overall damage to this pole could have been sigificantly reduced as well.
